Louise - Manager

Lou has been in childcare for over 35 years. Lou joined Paddocks in 1997 and took over the manager role in 2017.

Qualifications include:

• Level 3 Diploma in childcare
• Designated safeguarding lead
• Paediatric first aid
• Level 3 mental health first aider
• Food hygiene & allergen awareness trained

Sam - Key Person, Room Lead, Deputy Manager and SENDCO

Sam has been in childcare for over 30 years, and joined Paddocks over 14 years ago.

Qualifications include:

• Level 3 Diploma in childcare, Early Years SENDCO & Language Lead
• Designated safeguarding lead
• Paediatric first aid
• Food hygiene & allergen awareness trained

Chelsi- Key Person

Chelsi has been in childcare for 15 years, working in various nurseries and nannying. Chelsi joined Paddocks in January 2024.

Qualifications include:

• Level 2 in childcare
• Generalist safeguarding
• Paediatric first aid
• Food hygiene & allergen awareness trained

Lorna - Key Person

Lorna joined Paddocks in October 2022, having previously worked in another childcare setting.

Qualifications include:

• Level 3 in childcare
• Level 3 in child psychology
• Paediatric first aid
• Food hygiene & allergen awareness trained
• Level 2 generalist safeguarding

Grace - Key person

Grace has been at Paddocks since May 2019. And has been involved with Paddocks since her own children attended Paddocks over 30 years ago.

Qualifications include:

• Paediatric first aid
• Food hygiene & allergen awareness trained
• Level 2 safeguarding

Jordan - Key person

Jordan has been working in childcare for over 15 years, being a nanny, a room leader and 1-1 SEN carer. Jordan has worked at Paddocks since 2024, having previously been on the committee since 2020.

Qualifications include:

• Level 3 in childcare
• Paediatric first aid
• Designated safeguarding lead
• Food hygiene & allergen awareness trained

Lauren - Key Person

Lauren has been in childcare for over 15 years working in a previous setting and also babysitting. Lauren joined Paddocks in April 2025

Qualifications include:

• Level 3 in childcare
• Paediatric first aid
• Generalist safeguarding
• Food hygiene & allergen awareness trained

Kaitlyn - Apprentice

Kaitlyn joined Paddocks in September 2024 as an apprentice. Prior to that Kaitlyn did work exerience for a year with us and is currently studying level 2 in childcare.

Qualifications include:

• Generalist safeguarding
• Food hygiene & allergen awareness trained 

Katie - Administrator

Katie joined Paddocks in September 2022, having previously worked in finance for a number of years. Katie has been involved with Paddocks since 2018 when her children attended the setting.
